Executive Roundtable: Challenges & Opportunities for Alabama Local Government

Wednesday, June 7, 2023, 12:15 p.m. Luncheon.

Executives from our state government, state authorities, and local government associations will be empaneled to discuss the challenges and opportunities that face our county and municipal governments. Of particular focus will be the issues surrounding infrastructure funding, workforce development, transportation, health, and risk management.

Informative Sessions

Sessions will feature local government leaders sharing their experiences with governance in areas such as risk management, transportation, and building partnerships.

Helpful Workshops

State, Regional, and Federal Officials will present at workshops to share the available resources to assist local government to build their critical and human infrastructure.

Insightful Roundtables

State and local government and association leaders will share recommended strategies for local government officials to navigate the challenges and opportunities that they face.

Strategic Networking

Connect with local government officials from across Alabama as well as State, Regional, and Federal officials and representatives from companies that serve local government.

Profitable Relationships

Multiple opportunities to position your organization in front of local government officials, share your story and product or service, enhance your brand, and build beneficial relationships.

Registration

Registration includes all meeting events and meals from Monday evening through Wednesday afternoon. It also includes meeting materials. Registration is $225 and closes May 31, 2023. Registration is through Eventbrite.

Lodging is available at the Wind Creek Casino & Hotel. The meeting room rate is $99 per night. Please call Wind Creek Hotel at (866) 946-3360 and mention "Tuskegee University."
